Shipping of Original Artworks and Art Prints at Exclusive European Art

Original artworks purchased in our gallery are packed and shipped by the artists themselves using their own carriers. Art prints are organized, packed, and shipped by the gallery.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard shipping, express shipping, and international delivery. The exact options and costs vary depending on the delivery address and the size of the artwork. Currently, we offer standard and express shipping for Germany, while standard shipping is available within the EU. Express shipping is available upon request.

Shipping Time for Original Artworks: The shipping time depends on the availability of the artwork and the chosen shipping method. Normally, an artwork is shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please refer to the artist’s shipping information. If there are any deviations, such as due to vacation, this information will be provided there. For custom or individual artworks, the shipping time may be longer, but this will be communicated before purchase. Most packages shipped by artists are delivered within Europe in 7-14 days. It is also possible to request express shipping, which is carried out by express carriers such as DHL Express. Packages shipped in this way are delivered worldwide within 7 days. Additional costs apply.

Shipping Time for Art Prints: Fine art prints first require a print order. This is produced by a printing company and sent to the gallery (production time: 5–10 days depending on the selected material). We then carry out a quality check and forward the print to you (standard shipping: 2–3 business days).
For custom-made items or individual requests, the delivery time may be longer, which will be communicated before purchase.

Shipping Costs:

Germany:

Standard shipping: For orders totaling 59 € or more, we cover the shipping costs for originals and art prints.
Express shipping: 27.50 € for art prints and 149 € for originals.

EU:

Standard shipping: For orders of 99 € or more, we cover the full shipping costs for originals and art prints.
Since express shipping costs within the EU vary greatly, we will calculate these upon request.

Shipping Insurance: All artworks are insured during transport to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged to the customer. In the event of transport damage or loss, this must be reported immediately. A refund or replacement will be offered.

Packaging: Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it is protected during transport. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure the artwork arrives safely and undamaged.

Package Tracking: Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your package online. This way, you will know exactly when your artwork will arrive.

International Deliveries: Upon request, we also offer international shipping. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. We research all fees and possible shipping costs and inform you about them.

We then check the quality of the print and forward it to you. The total delivery time is approximately 6-7 business days. For custom orders or individual requests, the shipping time may be longer, but this will be communicated before purchase.
